Incredible and seamless stay for our family
06 Sept 2026
We had an incredible family stay at Embassy Suites near the Galleria this August! Traveling with the whole family can sometimes be stressful, but the staff here made everything seamless from the moment we checked in. We arrived quite late, and the night-shift front desk team was so warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs. They went completely out of their way to make sure our suite was ready and that we had extra pillows and towels right away. The location is extremely perfect for shopping and dining around the Galleria, and the spacious rooms were comforatble and quiet for everyone after a long day of exploring Dallas. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were also wonderful perks that our family thoroughly enjoyed. We felt truly valued as guests throughout our entire visit and will certainly be staying here again on our next trip to Dallas!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service from Staff
22 Aug 2026
My experience with the night-shift front desk employee, Nina, was extremely disappointing. I needed assistance during my stay and instead of trying to help resolve the situation, she was dismissive and made me feel like I was a problem rather than a guest. Her exact response was that she would “get [me] off the premises.”That is an extremely inappropriate way to speak to a paying guest, especially when I was simply looking for assistance. I understand that employees have policies they have to follow, but there is still a professional and respectful way to communicate with guests. Nina’s attitude and lack of willingness to help completely ruined my experience. Management should seriously address the way guests are being treated during the night shift.

Great choice.

Warm welcome at check in. Clean comfortable suite. Pleasant happy hour with Craig, the bartender. I enjoyed talking with Craig. As a solo business traveler it was really nice to chat with him. He is a great asset to this hotel. I noticed he paid great attention and was welcoming to every guest. I learned a bit about Trinidad , where is his family came from, although he was born here.
