    Absolutely horrible experience, front desk people are not willing to work, it's more than 12 hours, nobody at front desk to assist. Rooms are full of cockroaches. Entire building's wifi isn't working with no help from anywhere. They never pick up phone.     I was booked here by “reservation desk” after being stranded at DFW by American Airlines. I showed up at midnight and the reception area was locked and had closed at 11 per a sign with a number to call that said there was no availability. It cost me $50 to take a Lyft from the airport. There were 4 guys sitting on the steps with the same problem. Then 3 more showed up. All victims of the same scam. Shame on you.     Fraudulent Use of Credit Card

    Our church helped a lady with a one-week stay in April. When she left the hotel in late-May, the hotel manager fraudulently pulled up our church credit card--which the hotel manager kept on file--and charged us nearly $1000 for the lady's back charges and late fees. Hotel said they could not (would not) reverse the charges. Beware!     Old and dirty!

    If you're wanting someplace that's roomy, safe feeling, and clean, this is NOT the place for you. The place just felt dirty (pics attached). It also doesn't feel safe with people hanging out in their doorways...It's dingy and very very old. NEVER again.     Avoid at all costs!

    We booked this room through booking.com. Due to flight delays and rescheduling beyond our control we showed up at 1am to check in to the hotel only to be waved off through a locked door by the employees saying they had no rooms available. Mind you, our card was already charged for the entire amount of the room. They over booked/sold the hotel and wouldn't even come to the door to explain this to our face. Only when they saw we weren't going to leave without someone speaking to us did they very rudely and begrudgingly come to the door to let us know that even though we paid for the room there was none available. And because we booked through a 3rd party we have to try and get our money back from them. Now, it's been 2 weeks and we still have no refund. If YOUR hotel decides to do business and offer YOUR rooms for rent to a 3rd party and the both of you can't get the availability correct then that is YOUR problem and not the customers. BTW, in the future maybe you dont handle these types of issues by giving the "kill" gesture to 2 customers knocking on your locked lobby door while you sit at a desk on the computer pretending not to see or hear them.
