    Service is always amazing. Stayed here multiple times and never had issues. Tom the bartender is phenomenal. Front desk people are super friendly. Tom and the staff goes above and beyond to make our experience better.     Unreliable Airport Shuttle Service

    If you are flying in to DFW Airport - particularly late in the evening, DO NOT EXPECT this hotel to pick you up with their free shuttle service. The hotel states they have free shuttle service which is completely untrue! I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with our airport shuttle service during your recent stay.We understand how important reliable transportation is, especially for guests arriving late in the evening after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, during periods of severe weather and flight disruptions, we experienced a much higher volume of arrivals than normal, which impacted our ability to provide timely shuttle service to all guests.Please know this is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we regret that your experience left you disappointed.     I came in today to inquire about space to host a family reunion and house my family as they travel into the DFW area. I was disgusted to have witness a major lack of professionalism from your team. I witness maybe 2 ex employees coming to get their last check im assuming and the employee was very distasteful towards the 2. Where was the management that should’ve been handling this matter. The young lady kicked the gentleman and then some other guys maybe housekeeping or maintenance came and jumped the innocent guy and closed the door obviously still beating on him. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this ghetto place. I’ve never experienced such things at a four points hotel
