Great clean room in this renovated hotel. Check in was a breeze and I had zero issues. The location was idea to the highway but the room was not loud. Disappointing stay dirty room, rude staff, noisy halls, and terrible service. Definitely not worth the price. Won’t be coming back. A Great Stay!

Check in was easy, room was comfortable and clean. Very closely located to shopping. Free breakfast was hot and refilled well. Check out was easy and friendly. No complaints at all. Hotel Fine- Staff and Charges Need Change

Hotel Fine - Staff and Charges BadWe’ve stayed in this hotel many times, but recently will be our last stay . The woman who is the desk clerk at night is not the most friendly person in the world. You have to literally request information to get it. A little Customer Service training is definitely call for here. We have taken our dog on many trips to many different Hilton properties. This is the very first one where we were charged $75 a night. That’s almost enough to actually get our dog his own room. We consider this an exorbitant charge and will no longer be using this hotel for traveling.
