    Atrocious. Management flat out refused to move a reservation a 7 day advanced notice (even with offer by guest to pay rate difference) all so they could collect one night penalty on top of new reservation room rate. This was the hard line response for a guest with over 700 lifetime Hilton nights. Imagine how they’ll treat a non frequent guest. Many other properties in the area, don’t make the mistake of booking here.

    This Hampton Inn is well maintained and offers very clean, comfortable rooms. On the downside, housekeeping is only offered every other day and only one of the two very slow-moving hydraulic elevators in the five-store building was operating throughout my three-night stay. Breakfast was decent and included fun Texas-shaped waffles; though I would have welcomed some cut fresh fruit (melons, etc.). If you're visiting Arlington, the location is quite good. Walking to the ballpark or Six Flags probably isn't realistic, but everything is just a few minutes by car. And there are restaurants and bars that you can walk to, including a Dickey's Barbeque next door and a surprisingly pleasant BFF Asian Grill & Sports Bar across the street and open reasonably late.

    Very clean room, heat and air are great, and the bed is TOO comfortable. Vegetable tray with ranch dressing please would be nice. No, just kidding. This is one of the nicest homes away from home I have experienced. Staff are professional, friendly and say hello when I pass by. The selection of snacks look great and the breakfast option is fantastic. I only stay at a Hilton property when I travel, as of today that has been 101 nights since January 1st. This Hampton Inn is the best. The atmosphere is not chaotic and not rushed. Value is reasonable and not over priced. Yes, you can hear the nearby highway traffic, so what. That is just a reminder that a world exists and it’s time to get back on the road.

    The view was above amazing, the front desk personnel that was on duty was Darius young man who was very professional and friendly. Show pride in his job and take care clients. The hotel indoor pool and gym was very nice. The breakfast was awesome and room comfortable and spacious. Plenty of towels, refrigerator and microwave, iron board, and iron. Enjoy our stay plans to come back. Highly recommended.
