    Horrible stay and was overcharged homeless people everywhere on drugs

    The room was bad had mold on shower head and up the side of bathroom vanity cracked tile in bathroom i would not recommend staying there i accidentally dropped my juice on me in the bed and the man's charged me 175 dollars because he said my service animal peed ive stay in 40 hotels this year with hilton and never once got charged or done this way I will not keep using them if we dont get that money back

    Stay here - you won’t regret it! The staff was amazing. The rooms were super clean and the location was super close to White Rock Lake. Thanks for a great stay!

    Poor Guest Service

    The hotel itself is nice...for the most part. My guest service experience at check-in was less than desirable. The front desk agent was not pleasant or welcoming. My brother and I both were staying there. My room was booked, his was not. We arrived about 3:30 or so on Thu, 12/28/23. The front desk agent told him he could book through the app or website. Never offered to make the reservation herself! The only reason my brother's room was not booked was due to miscommunication from us. He didn't need a special rate or anything just an additional room. Once we get checked in, I go to their room for a while. I began to get settled in to my room (310) and it reeked of dog urine! Right by the bed. At first I thought my nose was deceiving me, I bent down by the bed and spotted a dog treat, and the smell grew stronger. I called down to the front desk and asked to be switched. I was switched no problem, but the agent showed lack of concern when I called. In addition, the front desk agent never called to ask if the new room was satisfactory or anything of the sort. I am not used to lackluster guest service with any Hilton brand hotels. Also, me being in hospitality for years, in the past, I know what's expected and I also know how I want to be treated. Although, the hotel was nice for the most part. A suggestion would be to keep pets on one floor (if possible), or at least ensure housekeeping knows which room had pets for extra cleaning purposes. I do want to make note, the front desk agent the next morning, she was very pleasant and welcoming. She's a Rockstar!

    Skip it! Paid parking and overcharged above booked rate

    They charge for parking. When I arrived they charged me $150 over my booked rate. It took more than 24 hours to get it figured out. I asked for the parking to be removed because I was never told about it. The manager never responded. I also offered online feedback and no one contacted me. I gave multiple opportunities to make it right. I won’t go there again.

    ZERO WATER PRESSURE, HORRIBLE BEDS AND PILLOWS

    No water pressure at ALL. Horrible beds. Nothing around decent to eat out without having to drive a ways. Room smelled horrible. Carpets in hallways filthy. Breakfast was okay because they had a waffle maker you can make your own. You also have to pay for parking which makes NO sense because this hotel is NOT downtown. No reason at all to charge for this!!!!
