A wonderful stay

This hotel was wonderful. There is a shuttle that will take you from the airport to the t hotel till 11pm. Also the shuttle will take you to some places that are in a few miles distance. The breakfast was good. I love biscuits and cinnamon rolls. Over all I felt this hotel was really good. And would stay here again.

A Security Nightmare !!!

We arrived late from a long day of traveling and when we went to use our mobile key to get into the room that we booked… someone was sleeping in that room! That was so embarrassing! We immediately went to the front desk to tell them what happened! They apologized and gave us physical key to another room and went we arrived at the door, there was also someone in that room!!! We went back to the desk lugging all of our suitcases. They gave us a third room… this time I said to the guy at the desk .. you need to come with us and open the door… guess what? There was someone in that rook as well!!! This hotel had NO Idea which rooms were taken and which rooms were vacant!!!! We went to the lobby to call around to try and stay at a different hotel after this horrible check in experience. It was one hour of waiting around … now it’s 12:00 am and we haven’t had dinner yet and we have no room! The manager came to the hotel and he gave us some snacks. He FINALLY got us a room after we had to argue that a family of 4 with teenage children could NOT all sleep together in 1 king bed !!!!! Once we got into a vacant room, the front desk clerk had propped it open for us which did not feel safe!!! We had a key, and he had made sure it was vacant so why leave it open? It felt so creepy going into the room and looking around to make sure there was no one else in there!!! This hotel staff has a great deal to learn about customer safety and service!!! The room was clean and we got a few hours sleep before we had to fly out! Also the hotel shuttle did not make its first run until 7am and our flight was set to take off at 7 so that was another issue!!!!! NO transportation !!!!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this hotel! There are many other choices in the area!!!

Stayed here one night on business. Would definitely stay here again!The hotel was in great shape. My room (403) was perfect. Clean, spacious and updated. The location was excellent, close to the airport (but not too close) and easy access to the highway. Check in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast in the morning was typical Hampton fare and was hot and well-stocked. It’s been awhile since I have given a hotel a 5 star review, but this property definitely earned it. Thanks for a great stay!

You get everything you expect from a Hampton Inn. The service was outstanding and the folks working the desk were very helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms? yes sir. Free shuttle from the airport was on point. They say every hour but they will come get you ASAP. The shuttle will also take you within three miles off things around the hotel. The Walmart is 3.2 but they still took us. We needed a couple things. Another benefit are the 10 or so places to eat within walking distance Mcd's, Panera, Chic Fila, Pizza Chipotle, Panda Express, Jimmy Johns and a liquor store. Gas station convenience store is also very close. One odd thing I found was how the microwave was set up. it is basically on the ground and kinda hard to use. (See picture) The only complaint we have was road noice. We are from a small quiet town and not use to it. Wife has sensitive hearing. and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Once again desk was very accommodating. If you are like, us ask for an odd numbered room. They are across the hall and quiet. Wife slept better. Side note. We found Lyft cheaper than Uber to go to ATT Stadium and other places.

Good clean room pretty quiet

Large room with comfortable bed. Had first floor so noise from above. Also some road noise but not too bad. Did not hear planes. Decent breakfast with good selection. Close to south airport entrance and rental car return. Remote for tv took minute or more to turn on tv each time.
