    Brilliant Hotel

    Booked for a 1 night stay and didn't disappoint. Hotel is clean and bright and the rooms are fantastic. Breakfast was OK and offered good variety.Service at front desk was very good on arrival and checkout also.Would definitely recommend for a stay in Dallas and easy to get to Downtown areas as well

    Our experience was terrible from the start. The bathroom in our room was clogged upon arrival, making it completely unusable. When we asked reception for a room change or maintenance, we were told there were no available rooms and that no maintenance staff was on-site, on a Saturday evening. How does a hotel assign a room with a non-functioning bathroom? Why didn’t housekeeping report this issue before check-in?To make things worse, the hotel is right next to a highway, and the windows are not soundproof. The noise was unbearable. Their solution? Earplugs. But I shouldn’t have to sleep in a loud environment just because the hotel refuses to invest in proper windows.For $232 a night, this experience was completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel and would advise others to stay elsewhere.

    The room was nice, clean and well kept, the breakfast was tasty but what makes this hotel a standout are its people. I will not say I did not have an issue with anything, but they addressed anything that concerned me with such empathy and kindness, I must rate the experience 5 star...

    This hotel itself is fine. The location isn’t optimum if you’re interested in being pretty close to restaurants and shopping, activities, etc. It is basically on an access road by a freeway. That said, most of the rooms on the backside are quiet. It is just awkward getting there, and parking is pretty awful if you come in late at night. I needed a handicapped space and of course those were long gone. The front desk staff was generally pretty helpful and the rooms were nice and spacious.

    Upon arriving to check in, no one was at the front desk. Room was fine, no house keeping came to clean the room and or to get towels. Called the front desk to obtain clean towels. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk, got handed a trash bag to put the towels in and was given clean towels. If you are wanting services that is offered, I would recommend booking else where.
