Sport

The saltwater pools (in part heated) of the outdoor pool area make for soothing swimming. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided.     Clean and comfortable stay, but bathroom design lacks privacy

    My wife, son, and I stayed here this past weekend and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable—exactly what we needed for a family trip. I also really appreciated the single-unit cabinet system in the room; it’s a very clever use of space that kept our gear organized and out of the way.​However, there were a couple of functional issues with the bathroom design:​The Sliding Barn Door: While it looks modern, the gap between the door and the wall offers almost no sound dampening. In a room with family, the lack of privacy is noticeable.​Humidity & Ventilation: There was no individual exhaust fan to clear out moisture. This led to high humidity after showers and, combined with the door gap, meant there was no "white noise" to provide privacy for the bathroom's occupant.​If you’re traveling solo or as a couple who doesn't mind the "open" feel, this is a fantastic spot.     We stayed here for one night on our way through the DFW area. The hotel has recently been remodeled and is very nice. Juliana was very attentive at check-in and determined to make our stay comfortable. We would stay here again-no question!     This place is a dump. It was $96. That’s not a lot to pay for a hotel in Plano. The room was gross, hallway was gross, people were gross, and I’ve stayed in some absolute dumps. This place sucks for business travel. Find place for 20-year-old to go get drunk with their friends.     Ladies Group of 20 give 5 Stars!

    We had a group of 20 ladies, ages 24 to 82 staying several days to attend a ladies retreat. Every woman loved this hotel and recommended we use this hotel again in the future. The recent renovations were so nice it was like staying in a brand new hotel. The ladies specifically mentioned how comfortable the new beds and pillows were, the nice and helpful staff and that the hotel was super clean. Many of the ladies used the gym and said the breakfast was great too. We had several seasoned travelers who stay at Hampton Inns often and they said this was the nicest Hampton Inn that they had every stayed at. Highly recommend for individuals and groups as this is excellent value.     I have never had a host at a hotel reach out to make sure we had everything we needed for the night . Juliana is top notch and the sweetest, with some pretty good jokes.
