It was a small, but very nice room, pool nice and clean and breakfast was good. No one told me when I made reservations that it was cash only and they charged a deposit that we got back.

This is a great hotel, the room was clean, and the staff are quick to make sure you have everything you need, and how your stay is going. The location is great, it is centrally located, close to the Hwy, restraunts, and shopping, also in a really nice part of town. It will be my go to hotel from now on whenever we are back in the area. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay.

We stayed 4 nights at that property.No bath soap for 2 days keep asking them. Keep asking them they said it’s looked cleaning people will replace next day. Since we were on business trip we left early morning .Dirty breakfast area with fruit bugs. And no refills on food and even kitchen helper doesn’t speak or understand English. We have to clean our breakfast table ourselves before dining.. no juice refills. Very bad experience. Keep asking every each thing continuously. Front desk person said I’m not the kitchen person don’t ask me. So rude. Her name starts with letter T she was so rude with attitude. No management at All!

I had someone trying to break into my room. I have been stalked to the point. The far escape would not close plus my peep in my door had been physically removed with a screwdriver and hammer. The MNGR has done nothing to help guarantee my safety.

I want to thank Jessica Hughes, the AGM, and her staff at Hampton Inn in Richardson. I was without power for 5 days this week due to storms, and when I couldn’t find a room anywhere, Jessica found one for me. She was a helpful and kind as anyone could be, especially under chaotic circumstances. The room was very nice, it’s a fairly new and well kept facility, which I never really noticed until I needed it. They were all patient with me as I waited for power, not knowing from day to day what would happen. I really appreciate the service! And they have a great complimentary breakfast! I’ll be recommending this location to anyone visiting. Thanks Jessica!
