    There guest policy is ridiculous. It is not listed anywhere. They do not have a specific guest parking area. If you have family staying at the hotel. They have to leave their room. Meet you outside. Drive you through the gate and then have to walk you back through the lobby. Absolute absurd.

    Booked a room to be close to the airport as I live 2 hours away. Check in was fine. No valet carts visible, needed due to an accident three weeks ago left me with left arm in a brace and right wrist not much better.Rm 211, no entry way light working, had to reach around wall to vanity light to see into room. Room was very well laid out and clean. It was nice to see I had a walkin shower as requested. No body wash in the dispenser, only bar soap on vanity sink outside of shower area. Upon checking out this morning I asked the young man if I could mail a card out with their mail. He looked at the envelope like he never saw one before and asked when I was checking out. My reply was I was checking out. He asked what to do with the card if he couldn't mail it for me. 🤦‍♀️I just took the card back and left. After all I enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future. You can tell they are doing renovations to the hotel but there was no loud noises and the bed was comfortable.

    I’m really sending better energy to the very unhappy front desk staff! I got stuck in Dallas on a layover due to a delayed flight and made a reservation here not realizing that there are two airports and that this hotel is near DWL and was not near me at DAL. ☹️☹️☹️ When I called in to see if I could cancel or perhaps transfer to a different/closer Wyndham property, the phone rang for 3 minutes before it was answered with “Hello?” (No intro, no mention of the business…) While trying to explain my question I was repeatedly interrupted with “What terminal? What terminal?” before I was *hung up on.* It took 3 more phone calls before I got an answer (I reintroduced myself and asked to speak to manager and was told “I am the only manager”). I was finally able to get the listening ear I needed to explain my situation - for which he had no solution, and that is fine!!! But obviously this individual was in an unfortunate mental state that allowed him to be so rude and uncaring towards his guests. I spent a lot of unnecessary time and energy attempting to resolve a very simple situation. Travel is already stressful enough without battling the negative energy of an individual who we are turning to for help. When I finally got though again I did make sure to wish him a good night, and I hope the staff here finds the support they need to find their desire to take care of their guests!P.S. I also reached out to the site I had booked through for a possible solution, and was on hold for 18 minutes as they tried - and FAILED - to contact this location. It is TBD on a refund, I did have to book a whole new room (also at a wyndham property though) and while I cannot give an opinion on the rooms at this property, it is definitely a 0 stars on customer service. 💔🙏

    The person that answered the phone when I called did was difficult to understand.He told me to wait at C19 which I did but a van never showed up.Each time he was more and more rude and disrespectful.After calling 5times and being told they were on their way I called 1 more time. I asked him to please send a ride. I was tired and just needed to get to my hotel.I asked him if it was a Hawthorne van and he said No No No and hung up on me.When I called back he wouldn’t answer.I had to spend the night in an airport at 63 years old because of the customer support provided by your staff

    We checked out early because of the incorrect listing (they do not have breakfast), the general stickiness, and the nighttime check in service. The best part was the location, accessible to a lot of great things.
