  I have stayed multiple times at this hotel in the past and it was okay for a night after work when it was too late to drive home, but last night it was just disgusting. The room was so dirty, and the shower was just disgusting. I was afraid I would catch a disease stepping into it! The bottom of the shower floor was so filthy. So gross!. This hotel and housekeeping need a complete overhaul. Please do better. Allowing a property to get to this level of dirt and grime is just not right! Don't stay here and don't go by the photos posted by the management.

  Funny to select a date for this review- because I was never actually at this hotel in March 2025! I also put solo because I'm guessing that's what the reservation automatically did. I put a search into Google, found this spot that was close, and clicked the hotel's link to directly book. (No 3rd party mistakes here!) Problem was, the website automatically put the reservation as the day I was booking, a mistake I didn't see as I was checking out through my Wyndham Rewards Login. I have just now made a second booking with a different Wyndham company (I guess I'm a sucker) and I almost had the wrong date again, but since I'd been burned, I was able to fix it. It is *very* hard to see what date is being booked when going through the Rewards site.I called this hotel, had to call a few times to get the manager, and she pretty rudely said there was nothing she could do. I still wanted to stay at this hotel for the correct night! I would have taken even a partial movement of my funds for the night I booked (and never stayed) to the night I wanted. When I realized my error, I called the hotel immediately and it didn't make a difference. Stay away from this place!

  The room smells of a foul odor that can not be fixed. Everything in the room looks old and used. I am currently scared to touch anything in here. The bathroom is the worst I’ve ever seen. Does not look like it has ever been clean. It is a total scam and I do not know how the have the audacity to sell rooms with the way they look. You would do better at a motel. The front office clerk is insanely rude and the pictures do not tell the story of it all so please beware. Spend a little more and avoid at all cost.

  This place is terrible, everything is dirty and looked used , house keeping sucks , not a bed changed or made , not a floor swept , or a toilet cleaned my whole 4 day stay ... I will never go back, lady at the front desk was rude , save yourself some stress spend a lil more and go elsewhere

  I needed to stay at a hotel with an oven in the room so I could bake items for a sales meeting. When I walked into the room a terrible odor punched me right in the face, hard. I tried to air out the room, but decided to go to target for air freshener and cleaning supplies. It was late and I couldn't find another hotel that had an oven on such short notice.When I got back to the room, the smell was angry, I battled it with febreeze and all purpose cleaner along with lysol disinfectant. It helped a bit, but I knew in the end I wouldn't win.The floor had visible dirt. I doubt it's been vacuumed. The kitchen had a sticky layer of old grease on everything. The curtains were off white at the top and quite brown by the time they reached the floor. They were also badly torn and tattered, a single safety pin more to add to the esthetic than for any practical purpose.By this time it was past 11pm, I pulled the sheets back out of morbid curiosity. Stains and long black hair greeted me. Deciding I didn't want a venereal disease, I placed the sheets back where they were, went to my truck and grabbed a moving blanket (at least I know where it's been).Wanting to take my mind off the state of the room. I set down the air freshener and picked up the remote to watch TV only to discover is was BYOB (bring your own batteries). I was a kid in the 90s, so I knew how to use a TV the old fashioned way. I set it to a random channel and watched YouTube on my phone until I fell asleep.The next morning I woke up fully clothed, which was at least efficient and stepped directly into my shoes so I didn't have to put my feet directly on the carpet. I have avoided ringworm my entire life and I wasn't going to risk breaking that steak. I got to work cleaning the oven and started baking bread for my sales meeting (the reason I needed an oven). Luckily I have extensive professional kitchen experience, so I know how to clean a stove. The top rack was broken and wouldn't stay in place, but at this point. I was surprised there were racks at all. I finished my tasks and got out of there as quickly as possible. I was lucky parking was a non issue, there must have been 4 other cars in the lot. I think word must have already gotten out about avoiding this hotel. Now I'm doing my part to let you know. You're going to look at the pictures and think "how bad could it really be" but there some things you really don't need to find out for yourself. Stay at your own risk.
