    The service was excellent and the hotel centrally located to legacy mall restaurants and shops. Beautiful surroundings, vibrant walking around the boardwalk.     We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.     Newer Hilton that feels upscale

    Excellent experience! First time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back when I'm in Plano next time. It exceeded my expectations. The property feels very new (I heard it is maybe 3 years old) and seems more upscale than a typical Hilton. The lobby has great ambience and lots of comfortable seating. The room was bigger than I expected with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom (shower had door instead of curtain). It was easy to request things like extra towels using text message. I am a Hilton Gold member and although I knew about the food & beverage credit, I was pleasantly suprised by the discounted overnight parking fee for Gold members ($5/day instead of $18). Finally, we were visiting family so didn't spend time at the various restaurants/bars behind the hotel but it was nice having that right there.     Comfortable Clean Gym Pool Nice Room

    Great clean rooms- suite is nice with pull out couch bed if needed. Not a lot of food options more basic but good enough.Clean rooms Bar not open late if you have a show and want a late gathering for a toast. Good gym and nice pool.
