Newer Hilton that feels upscale
29 Dec 2025
Excellent experience! First time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back when I'm in Plano next time. It exceeded my expectations. The property feels very new (I heard it is maybe 3 years old) and seems more upscale than a typical Hilton. The lobby has great ambience and lots of comfortable seating. The room was bigger than I expected with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom (shower had door instead of curtain). It was easy to request things like extra towels using text message. I am a Hilton Gold member and although I knew about the food & beverage credit, I was pleasantly suprised by the discounted overnight parking fee for Gold members ($5/day instead of $18). Finally, we were visiting family so didn't spend time at the various restaurants/bars behind the hotel but it was nice having that right there. General Manager, General Manager at Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park, responded to this review Thank you for the great review and for choosing Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park. It’s awesome knowing our hotel exceeded your expectations, from the modern feel and relaxed lobby vibe to our roomy accommodations and thoughtful touches that made everything feel easy. Having perks that genuinely add value, along with convenient options right outside the door, can really elevate a visit. It was a pleasure having you here, and we look forward to welcoming you back the next time your travels bring you to Plano for another excellent stay!
