    Don't stay at this hotel.

    The actual pool does know resembles the picture on the website and the pool was dirty. I realize you cannot control wildlife but seeing 3 ducks in pool was somewhat of a turn off. The hot-tub was out of service.The ice machine on the 1st floor did not work. Our room was not cleaned on Friday, May 29th. We ran out of toilet paper and had to request more.The bathtub was slow in draining until we removed clumps of hair from the drain which is disgusting.Needless to say our experience was not good. We wanted to move to another hotel but we were stuck since we went with the nonrefundable rate.I completed a survey and all I received was an apology.

    We have stayed here once before, and because of the location we were hoping things improved a little bit from our previous day in January. Unfortunately,for us, they did not last time we were here. The pool was absolutely filthy and covered in algae this time, the hot tub heater was broken,and when we asked the desk attendant, he literally said “I have no clue when it will reopen“ I let him know that wasn’t advertised on the website because we like to book hotels that have hot tubs to relax in at night. He did not seem to care.The way that desk attendant treated us is the way all of the desk attendance act. There is zero hospitality training that occurs in this facility, you feel like you are bothering every employee when you ask them the question. We return to our room one evening around 9 PM and I wanted to buy a bottle of water. We waited for about 10 minutes and there was no one at the front desk.On top of the lack of hospitality, they have the guts to charge $10 for a continental breakfast that is included at most normal hotels.If you factor the cost of breakfast and the cost of the hotel, we could’ve stayed at a much nicer hotel.

    If I’m ever in Dallas again i would stay again. BTW, i don’t mind an updating, but don’t update the stafff.

    Well let me get this out of the way first. It is an older hotel. There are some things that are in need of updates like the bathrooms, and the hotel set for updating next year.that said the rooms are immaculate. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are outfitted well. The staff are superb they go out of their way to accommodate, from the front desk, breakfast, and cleaning crew. The only issue i have with the rooms, and this is a personal preference, they are all adjoining. Im a like sleeper and you have loud talkers next door, the voices will carry.

    Clean room on first floor, was very dark due to plantings. Spent a pleasant afternoon at the pool. We stayed three nights so we weren’t eligible for housekeeping (no coffee, T paper, towel refresh). Made a bad decision to use points for breakfast. Anything hot was extra. Baked goods were stale. Choices were limited; rules extensive. Worst part was server explaining the rules coughed in her hand (not her elbow) and then served us. Many wonderful breakfast places nearby.     Quiet, older but clean hotel in the Hilton family.

    Stayed here for a couple days when flights had to be moved around for us. Hotel is older, but clean, and quiet. While we didn't go, there is a sports bar right in front of it (Back 9), and a number of places to eat within walking distance (about 1/2 to 3/4 mile).
