    Even the AC Deserves a Raise

    I travel pretty often, and this was one of those stays that just made everything easy. The Hilton Garden Inn was clean, welcoming, and had the kind of staff that makes you feel like they actually enjoy helping people.The room was spotless, the shower had actual water pressure worthy of applause, and the AC kept the room perfectly cool despite the Texas heat trying its best outside.The hotel is also in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, attractions, and easy to get in and out of without needing a GPS spirit guide.Big shoutout to the team for creating such a chill atmosphere. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Arlington!

    Just an average hotel....

    I was kinda surprised by this experience. This is my second time at this property, and the first was average, but the location is great. This time, upon arrival, the room was ready. It was 4 pm, and I'm a Diamond member (no acknowledgement) at all. The front desk was just mild. Had more fun with the guest over the weekend. The breakfast was unorganized on Sunday, and on Saturday night, the kitchen was closed because they said someone called in sick, so no food for the night. He didn't apologize, just went back to serving drinks. Overall, I am sure my family would book again, but I would know what to expect. I am looking for something different as the vibes just gives we are here, and it's not special or the type of Hilton I am used to.     My husband and I traveled with another couple and we reserved two rooms. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The hotel grounds was lovely and well maintained. Our room, lobby, breakfast area, and common bathrooms were all very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to the maintenance guy who seemed to work all hours, day and evening. When our friends' room key stopped opening their door, he repaired the issue in less then 10 minutes by charging the door lock mechanism. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    We stayed while attending baseball at globe life field-only about 4 miles-easy drive-lots of restaurants nearby-hotel was clean and comfortable-staff friendly and welcoming-would definitely stay again.

    Great Location for Dallas Cowboys Game!

    Convenient location to stay prior to Dallas Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium. Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful and professional. Best part is the option to take a shuttle to the game. Cory got us signed up for $40 a person will take us and pick us up. Way better than dealing with parking! He was very helpful! Highly recommend.
