    Terrible service, the hotel feels old, and it's awful that they don't clean the rooms daily. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.

    No Door On Bathroom - WTF?!!

    I was shocked to find the bathroom door does not close. It was a sliding door with a HUGE gap on both sides. There was zero privacy. I’ve never been in a hotel with a bathroom “door” like this. There was nasty pubic hair and mold on the shower floor and the soap dispenser was empty. (See attached pics.) Definitely would not stay here again.

    I should've listened to the reviews. We dealt with ants the entire weekend. When the room above us showered we heard a loud clanking noise lile someone was hitting the wall. I have never stayed at a hotel where breakfast was not complimentary!!!! $11 for a small waffle shaped like Texas and 3-4 sausages. The same thing I could've made myself at a complimentary breakfast. The only good thing aminety wise was the parking garage. We will never stay at this location again. We will definitely pay attention to if breakfast is not complimentary.

    We have stayed there before. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I was stuck waiting for my husband to return from a car repair. I sat in the lobby. The staff was sweet and friendly and did things to make me more comfortable. Also, I witnessed a Culture of Happiness. It was Halloween. There was a staff party. You could hear the joy. Also, there was a tie for the best Halloween decoration. I offered to break it for them. They joyfully accepted and I broke the tie. I ended up having fun when I would have been endlessly waiting.

    A very very good stay at this hotel.. Excellent Customer Service Check In by the hotel member Tereni .. Very Clean Rooms, Super Comfortable Beds.. Nothing to report negative.. Whenever I come back to visit Dallas in the future I will chose this spot.. Dave’s and Busters .. Restaurants, A Total Wine Shop within the area which very was helpful..
