Great place to stay if you are flying out of Love Field or just staying

Stayed here Sunday Night April 26th so we could catch a early am flight out of Love Field and had a small issue nothing major. And the manager Jorge Grnados went above and beyond fixing the issue. Great team leadership in my book. Thanks!

We stayed here because we had an early morning flight from Love Field. The hotel was quiet. Parking was free; breakfast was not. Our room Had a few items that needed repair or it would have been a 5. Water was HOT!!!!!!!

Decent hotel at good price

Front desk team was very hospitable and friendly. Beds and pillows were good. Bathroom is tiny but serviceable. Maid service was better than most. Hotel in general is tired. Stained hallway carpeting and pool area need a refresh. Large fitness center with good equipment. The biggest drawback is that next door is Dallas County Forensic facility which had some kind of LOUD refrigeration equipment. I could hear it all night. The noise made it hard to enjoy the pool.

Overall a very nice experience.

The staff was very friendly - both front desk - especially Sam and restaurant staff - especially Tomeshia and Lou. They were all awesome ! The room could use a bigger night stand on the second side with plug in. The restaurant was Very cold both this year and last but the food was good and all staff was exceptional.
