    I would like to extend my gratitude to your staff. This was my first time staying in Arlington and it won’t be my last thanks to Miranda and the rest of the wonderful staff and housekeeping. Everything from the atmosphere to the services to the friendly staff was amazing. Miranda took great care of me during my 2 day stay at your hotel, special thanks to her.

    Customer service lacking. Breakfast rate

    Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. We dealt with that. However, I must warn all about purchasing the breakfast rate. They didn’t make it clear on their website site that purchasing that only covers 1 guest. So if you have a spouse or family with you and you purchase the breakfast rate room, buckle up because you only get one voucher good for only one person. Ridiculous. Reception clerk knew it sounded wrong because she just wasted time until there was a line of people behind me trying to check-in/check-out. Poor customer service.

    Donovan at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my wifi needs! He went above and beyond to make sure I had coffee pods, cups and creamer for the next day. He added my IHG account to my room reservation and was able to multitask, taking care of several guests' needs while also juggling the phone. Five stars for Donovan! Overall, nice stay with close proximity to Rangers, Six Flags...all things fun!

    Nice midrange hotel, but without a free breakfast

    Nice big reception area with a tall ceiling makes you feel like they take pride in their hotel and want to be a fancier Holiday Inn. Rooms are big, almost like an Embassy Suites, but don’t have a physical door between the bed and pull out sofa. The bathroom and wall do provide some separation and privacy between the bed and pull out sofa if you’re staying with others or your kids. It’s about a mile walk that feels safe as lots of fans are walking to ATT Stadium or the Rangers Ballpark. The hotel did offer a to/from shuttle for $20 each to ATT Stadium, but we chose to walk. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was $10 each. There are lots to walkable restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk or very short drive.
