    I am writing this review with the utmost sincerity as a thanks to two particular staff members at this Holiday Inn Express location, Debbie (the manager) and Melissa (the front desk). I made the wrong reservation (absolutely my mistake while entering the dates). Both Mellissa and Debbie went out of their way to adjust my dates; otherwise, I would have paid double. Hotel and room were spotless; breakfast was warm, ample, and excellent; the bed and pillows were comfortable; WiFi was fast; and, above all, quiet for sleep.

    The room was huge. The bed was comfy. The Dove toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, just what was needed after a long flight. The breakfast was really good quality too work plenty of variety inviting pancakes, full cooked breakfast, fruit and yogurt.     Amazing hotel central to Dallas/Ft Worth

    We chose this hotel as it was between Dallas and Fort Worth, and would have easy access to the highway. It is in an amazing spot where there is grass area out front and a retention pond in the back so it stays nice and quiet. From the moment we checked in (early because the app told us when our room was ready, which is such a cool feature) we were always greeted by every single staff member in a friendly manner. We couldn’t believe how large our room was, and how clean everything was! We were on the fourth floor.Every day, there were several options at breakfast that were hot, as well as the usual cereals and breads. There were ample choices daily.For the first time since 2020, we had daily turnout in our room. How nice to come back to the hotel each evening and have our beds made and fresh towels as we asked for them— and the most comfortable beds!This hotel, from its management to their daily employees, are doing everything correct! I just cannot say enough good things about our stay here!     Standard, high quality Holiday Inn Express. Clean, quiet, standard breakfast. Very friendly staff. Easy access to the interstate. No noise from adjacent rooms. We would definitely stay here again. (typing more to meet the 200 minimum character limit.)

    Holiday Inns are always nice , this one had nice little fine touches too … Kleenex folded into flowers , toilet paper neatly cornered , towels folded int a little basket . The shower and sinks were pristinely white. The king bed and 4 king size pillows were great. To go gyros was in walking distance and was delicious !
