    The hotel staff was excellent, great location but it's infested with cockroaches. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom when I turned on the light and cockroaches were everywhere I was on the first floor, we were with friends that were staying on the third floor and I told him about it the next morning and he shared the same story .not a pleasant stay at all.     Good for split lication needs

    This is a great location if you have to split time between Dallas and Arlington. Our room were clean. Noteworthy for an older property. Orrin at the front desk was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. Five stars for Orrin. Breakfast was easiest possible menu and repetitive over three night stay (same every day). Still we would stay again.     Towels were adequate. There were enough 120v outlets. I don't like shower gel, this one had both shower gel and bar soap, made me happy. Lighting was OK. Breakfast was typica. Refrigerator was larger than most but no freeze compartment.     This was the perfect location for our needs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They also had our favorite cinnamon rolls! YUM!
