    I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share this experience.When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready due to understaffing and that there was a waiting list. We asked if there would be any kind of accommodation for the inconvenience (credit, late checkout, anything), and were told no. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes past the 3:00 PM check-in time before getting a room.Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. There was hair in the bed and shower, and red or pink stains on the sheets. We were moved to another room, but it was just as bad. There was hair in the tub, hair on the sheets and pillowcases, and oil stains on the pillowcases.At that point, we tried to make the best of it and asked for cleaning supplies and fresh linens so we could handle it ourselves, but housekeeping said they didn’t have any available. We ended up wiping things down with our own disinfectant wipes.The whole situation was extremely stressful and upsetting. While they did refund our stay, it didn’t make up for the time, hassle, and having to find another hotel after everything.They also offered 5,000 reward points, but couldn’t clearly explain what they were worth, possibly just something minimal like WiFi.This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I really hope they address their staffing and cleanliness issues so no one else has to go through this.     Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was easy, coffee and tea readily available. Only had breakfast one day and it was normal for Holiday Inn. The hotel still smells new. It’s very clean. It’s right of the highway. There weren’t any restaurant within walking distance for me. It was approximately 20 minutes from the airport and approximately 20-25 minutes from downtown Dallas. I took an Uber to and from both. Overall great experience.

    My stay at Holiday Inn was an excellent experience! The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth, quick, and hassle-free. As this was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn, I was genuinely impressed by the high level of service and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

    Our entire weekend was such a nice stay at this Holiday Inn. It was nice and modern, only 3 years old. Rooms were nice , bed comfy, guest services super friendly! The breakfast area had a sign out stating if you wanted gluten free bread to ask for it. That was unexpected and so nice. I am a picky eater as I am on a low carb/sugar diet. I was happy with my boiled egg, toast, fresh fruit! :) There is a outside area hubby and I were able to sit outside enjoy a cigar and talk by a fire pit. We felt so safe in this area. Definitely would stay again!

    Clean & Relaxing Holiday Inn to stay at

    Holiday Inn has redeemed itself! I had not stayed at a Holiday Inn in many years. While traveling in for work, this is where I stayed for a two-day meeting with colleagues. Crystal at the front desk was awesome to work with. The hotel was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was not too bad as well. Thank you, Holiday Inn Farmers Branch. Be back soon.
