This historic European boutique-style hotel is located in a convenient city centre spot adjacent to the West End historic district and Union Station.

Facility

    Not recommended at all. You will face a broken room, dirty linens, and propped open doors with people at the elevator who should not be.

    We stayed at the Holiday Inn downtown Dallas which cost £435 for 3 nights which included breakfast which is buffet style with the basic of what you would normally find at a USA Holiday Inn including fresh fruit.. jucies.. eggs.. sausages.. toast.. oatmeal.. pastries.. tea coffee and water etc.. The hotel has a few great facilities including a self laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which cost $3 per load for washing and the same for drying ($1 coins only) a well equipped gym and a small shop by reception where you can buy a few essentials things including drinks and snacks.We stayed in a corner room which overlooked the JFK book Depository out of one window and the glass building that featured in the opening credits of Dallas. The room was extremely clean as was everything in the hotel.. bed was comfortable with cotton sheets.. towels and daily maid service.. large TV and well stocked bathroom with a great shower.The hotel is ideal location if your visiting downtown Dallas and the JFK site and also Southfork Ranch Dallas with the JFK book Depository just 2 minutes walk and Southfork Ranch Dallas is 35 minutes by an UBER at a cost of $30 each way! There is a 7/11 which is 10 minutes walk and a McDonald's which is a 3 minute walk as you excit the hotel to your right on the same street on the opposite side. There are also plenty of food and cafe bars outlets near by all within walking distance and the main downtown shopping district is only an 8 minute walk.Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.     First, do not make a booking if you are going through a third party site. My flight experienced a 12 hour delay. I reached out to the hotel immediately and the night manager was fairly rude and told me that they could not help and I was out the first night's reservation as it was through Super.com and it was their policy not to give a credit for a missed night. Super.com said hotel could issue a confirmation to provide a credit, but the hotel refused. 0 pts customer service there. I can accept that they have the right to refuse to give a credit for the one night, but a smart company would want to keep a customer happy.Got to Dallas the next day and checked in. The room was small, but clean. The AC unit was a bit noisy, but we were able to get used to it. The bathroom had some mold, and the ceiling paint was peeling.Location had some homeless lurking outside, but overall not bad there. It is not far from Dealy Plaza and the metro station and felt safe. That is where the good parts end. Breakfast - heinous. The pancake machine was broken the entire trip, the sausage was dry and inedible, OJ was brown and the eggs were better suited as the flooring of a bounce house. When addressed to the front desk, all we got was empty platitudes. Upon checkout, when I commented on the lack of value of the breakfast and the previous commented issues about the room condition, the attitude was one of extreme indifference. Stay somewhere else.

    Never ever stay in this hotel! They charged us $250 fine just for smoking cigarettes, even though we didn’t cause any damage. This is totally unfair and ridiculous. Staff was rude and not cooperative at all.I strongly don’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find a better hotel — this one is a total scam! 👎

    Got left with a room without a working AC by hotel staff. It was almost a hundred degrees outside and the front desk attendant left me almost literally high(in temperature)and dry.
