    I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express at Cockrell Hill and I-30, in Dallas, Texas. My wife and I have traveled extensively across the USA and we have never found a more welcoming hotel. Every staff person we met greeted us with a smile and an eager desire to please us. Some of the staff names I remember are Kassandra, Destiny, Juan, Nedi, and Alma. We were in the Dallas area for major surgery at Methodist Hospital. This Holiday Inn Express is just a few minutes away from the hospital and is an easy drive. We explored many other hotels in the area and no other met our needs as well as the Holiday Inn Express at Cockrell Hill and I-30. Our room was very clean and neat, they have the best breakfast we've had at a hotel in years, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The price was very attractive and that was very important to us since we were there for an extended stay of 10 days. There was never a lapse in the quality of care we received there the total time of our stay.

    Excellent sized room with sofa and kitchen area. Good powerful shower. Room was clean. Parking available on site for free. Breakfast included which had a good selection. Flew shops / restaurants available close by. Good location for visiting calls and Fort Worth.

    Fantastic Customer Service

    On March 9th , we went to your hotel and checked in for a stay of 3 days that we had reservations for. Unfortunately we found that we had made reservations at this hotel in error and were supposed to be staying at the hotel on Connector Drive. We had driven from Minneapolis MN to surprise our son who was bowling in his last college tournament. Debora was so helpful and sympathetic to our error. I wanted to give her a fantastic review and let you know how much we appreciated the help we received from her. We were able to change hotel reservations without any problems, and we were able to surprise our son. We are so happy and will continue to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels. This is the type of customer service that is so needed these days.

    Sheets were clean and nice Dove soaps. However, the furnishings are old, lamp shades cracked, and the paint is on the furniture is peeling. Fan in bathroom rusty and dirty. The coffee cups were used and put back in place.     This is a well run very good hotel at a very good location. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were welcoming. It is only about a 10 minute drive from the centre of Dallas and also has a large supermarket and restaurants nearby
