    I had a room there the room was clean. Front Desk pm shift were great but I couldn’t sleep even a minute because the airlines noisy and the heater system was so old in that hotel room 327 highly recommend to not stay stay there . The shuttle car is very dirty too.     Horrible shuttle experience!

    The shuttle experience was terrible. Waited almost an hour at the airport as we watched Hyatt and many other shuttles pass by over and over! When I spoke to Justin at the front desk he was pleasant BUT really couldn’t even tell me how to identify where his shuttle would come to or how to tell which terminal/ gate we were at. Very unhappy with our introduction to this property. I hope it gets better and will definitely recommend ubering to avoid this hassle .     Holiday Inn for the win again!

    Holiday inn didn’t disappoint!We love HI because you know what to expect!Our suite was huge!Comfortable bedsHuge hallwaysBreakfast was typical hotel; but well maintained.Outdoor pool looked nice; but we didn’t use it in December. We had no idea inside the hotel that we were near the airport!

    Wow. Really impressed with the room. The continental breakfast. Obviously recently renovated, but it was really nice. Oddly stayed coming back from a Dominican Republic all inclusive resort, this room was nicer. But that says more about my resort.Anyway, breakfast had great options, all tasty, room was huge, comfortable, and clean. Price was cheap for what we got.

    Our reservation was under “Saylor.” We’ve been waiting for a call back for about two months now. Terrible experience. No manager has tried to contact us back after we called several times. I definitely advise to NOT stay here. Like I said nobody should have to transfer a room THREE times. Absolutely ridiculous!
