    Used this hotel a few days before my wedding and to get ready the day of the wedding! It was amazing. The breakfast they provided blew everyone away and the staff was so kind!     ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anniversary Stay Done Right at Home2 Suites Plano Richardson

    I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Plano Richardson from Sunday through Tuesday while celebrating my anniversary, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.I reached out prior to arrival to inquire about early check in. Belinda was very helpful and let me know it could not be guaranteed, but she made note that we were celebrating a special occasion and advised me to call back the day of arrival.When I called, I spoke with Ezra, who informed me that our original room 101 had a late checkout. However, she immediately provided an alternative and moved us to room 320 without any issues. The transition was smooth and greatly appreciated.I will say that room 420 would have been a fun and memorable match for our anniversary date, but the accommodations we received still exceeded expectations.The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well designed. I especially appreciated the full kitchen setup with a refrigerator, microwave, and hot plates, which made it easy to prepare meals. The layout also allowed for separation between the sleeping area and living space, and the television placement made it convenient to enjoy from either side.The level of service provided by both Belinda and Ezra truly stood out. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate made our stay feel special and well cared for. The staff was so sweet and accommodating when I needed a couple of extra trash bags since we accumulated quite a bit over our two night stay.As a Hilton Honors member currently at Silver status, this experience reinforced why I continue to choose Hilton properties. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to others visiting the Plano area.     We had a large block of rooms for our son's wedding weekend. Our friends and family were genuinely impressed by the level of service and hospitality!     I just want to say that Gissel's customer experience approach is spot on and I feel missing at most hotels i stay at. She reached out via text message and asked if there was anything she could do to help with my stay. I requested a room on the 1st floor and I feel she went out of her way to accommodate me. Her respinse was fast and was most appreciated. The hotel is nice and great customer service. What could be better?.
