    Would not advise anyone to stay at this location. The location is not well kept.Had a reservation from 10/17-10/19 2025.On 10/18 upon returning to the location, the key did not work to open the door. Visted the front desk and was told that the office checked out the room as the reservation ended. However, the parking pass obtained during check-in on 10-17 states 10/17-10/19.When asked about the items from the room, was told there was no items in the room.The front desk person contacted someone was there earlier, and went to a storage room to return with a bag of some of the items which they took from the room.Other items are still missing.The front desk representative (white) proceeds to racially profile by stating, "If you keep standing here and keep talking do you want to see you do not receive a new key and no room to sleep in."All missing items were submitted in writing and told, a call will be received to be reimbursed for the missing items.No email or call has been received, items were not retrieved and contacted the Regional Director Hector Quesada at the number listed on display at the location 619.569.1836 twice. Left a voicemail and has not received a call back.They are thieves at this location.     ⭐ Title: Roach Infested, Unprofessional, and Privacy Violations — Avoid This Place

    !I stayed at Hometown Studios and had one of the worst experiences ever. The room was infested with roaches. Every night when I went to the bathroom, I had to kill them. Even inside the refrigerator, I saw roaches crawling on more than one occasion. I didn’t get a picture of the fridge before they replaced it, but it was filthy inside and full of roaches.The stove was greasy, rusty, and extremely dirty, and one of the burners didn’t work. I’ve attached two photos of the stove: one after I tried cleaning it myself (still filthy) and another after the staff cleaned it. It was still rusty and unacceptable. It took weeks before they even decided to clean it, despite my repeated requests.My partner and I also had serious privacy concerns. We clearly told the manager and staff not to enter our room while we were away because we had documents and personal belongings spread out. Even though I was available most mornings if they needed access, they waited until both of us were gone and went in anyway without permission. That is a clear violation of privacy.When they cleaned the stove, they used my personal dishwashing sponge that I use to wash my dishes. They left it black and filthy, so I had to throw it away. Because I told them not to go into the room and no longer trusted what anyone had done, I had to throw away all of my food that was accessible.To make matters worse, one day we had placed our trash in the hotel garbage area, and when we returned from the road, our bag alone was missing while everyone else’s trash was still there. This made us very uncomfortable and added to the feeling that our privacy and property were not safe there. Ac was also rusty and old. Yes, they eventually replaced the fridge with a new one, but the service overall was unprofessional, the room was unsanitary, and the management showed little respect for guests’ privacy.If you value cleanliness, security, and peace of mind, do not stay here.     Worst place ever.

    Is there a rating below terrible? If there is this dump would qualify. Room was dirty. Trash in the kitchen area and overflowing from the trash can. Bed hardly made. Bathroom filthy. Staff unresponsive and unfriendly. Place should be condemned.     Don't trust Anastasia.

    First of all I will say that Carleen and the Security along with the man that pulls trash was nice and helpful. I stayed in a room by the office with my small dog while there on business and Anastasia and Maria( the cleaning lady) were accessing my room while I was away. My dog was given something that made her sick resulting in having to go to the vet. I added a picture of what was done to my dog water bowl. I walked into my room and Anastasia or Maria placed my dog soiled puppy pad into her water bowl. Anastacia is Very Rascist and doesn't like Black People. The rooms are infested with roaches. The people that stay there on a regular basis are very friendly.     Let me give you my 2024 honest opinion. I will start out by saying that the staff was friendly and the location is nice. Here is a list of all of what you will need prior to Clean your room before sleeping. Lysol spray, Clorox Bleach,Raid roach spray,Spic and Span, Mop,Broom, dustpan, Scrub brush, Paper towels and trash bags because you're going to need everything. One more thing bring pots,pans bowls,plates and silverware also a taser or weapon for your protection. During the night you may hear some activity but for the most you will get some sleep.
