    It just felt "old," the TVs were very old with horrible picture quality. The curtains had giant stains on them. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very firm. We only got one sheet and one thicker type sheet on the bed for linens. Even though it had a couch bed, there were no other linens in the room. The room smelled musty. I just anticipated more from a Hyatt, honestly. Thankfully, it was cheap, so I didn't feel like I was cheated, but I wouldn't stay again.

    If you stay at a lot of Hyatts, don’t expect this one to live up to the company’s reputation. Instead of a level 1 hotel, this is more like a level 0, or a motel.This is a former apartment complex turned in to a Hyatt House, so every unit is a one or two bedroom, but think of a starter apartment. I stayed over Memorial Day Weekend and planned on lounging around the pool, except all the lounge chairs that are pictured on the website are not there. You can sit in a chair or lay on the concrete. When I was walking up to my room, housekeeping left (what looked like) clean, neatly folded, sheets and towels on the outside steps. Hopefully the previous guest folded their dirty laundry because I can’t think of another reason why linen would be on the ground. The staff pretty much just stares at you pass by or gives dirty looks, so I don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon.

    We have been to many hotels in the US and other countries, we like the Hyatt House at Addison, because it add quality to our travel to North Dallas. Have been here about 30 times. We like the excellent staff in front desk, house keeping and breakfast service. Excellent location in Addison, surounded by parking lot that is clean and well landscaped. The suites are like apartment with full size kitchen, good refrigerator and stove top. All appliances work.The bathrooms are safe and easy to use. Great for seniors and everybody. Is it important ? It is to us.     Thieves among the hotel stuff

    Cleaning crew memeber stole my husband's personal property (silver coins). After complaint to the management. Coins were return by cleaning lady who state "she thought it was a garbage". No consequences was taken like this is normal behavior at this hotel. Very disappointed. He will never go back...     Hotel is old and dated. Found old food under the tv stand. The bed was uncomfortable and we found hair in the sheets upon pulling the, back. Dirty utensils were found in the kitchen sink.
