    We booked this hotel for my yearly trip for medical appointments. We typically stay at the DoubleTree across the highway but I was tempted by the free breakfast and ability to walk to the mall for food.The positives: the breakfast was fine, sausages, eggs and pancakes were worm.The negatives: Oh boy, the rooms are loud, not from partyers but from anyone walking across the floor either above your room, next to it, or in your own room when someone walks across the floor. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was builders grade cabinet with exposed plywood?! Oh and the shower didn't drain, so that was fun. The fine:You could walk places but it involves cutting through parking lots. The weird: check out the phone from 1992We had booked for two nights but escaped after one. Never again.

    Wr stay there every 2 weeks to visit family. The location is great and we like the covered parking. The heating and air works well . The rooms are very old and worn down. Mattresses need to be replaced. Every room we've stayed in has had a lump on one side or both sides of the mattress Toilets need to be updated to a stronger flush, showers need handheld devices. It would also be nice to have some lotion in the room. The rooms on the side of the highway are loud with car sounds. Rooms facing courtyard pretty noisy with people in the pool.

    You cannot go wrong here if you are anywhere in this part of town. Everything was good. Breakfast, comfortable large room. Secure parking, fitness, pool, evening bar. Very reasonable pricing.Highly recommended.

    What’s everyone complaining about it’s super clean the sheets were all white and comfortable and we got room 436 which was overlooking the freeway and it was not that loud but we were there on Monday night. Food in the morning was decent and overall very pleasant sat. Rooms were separate suites and big living room in the middle. For th price this is awesome. Or ask for same room and it’s fantastic.

    Husband and i visited passing through Dallas This is a clean hotel in a great location. They have a great breakfast Rooms are clean and very large!
