    Very poor and dated quality rooms. Had to make several calls for requested baby accommodation despite calling months ahead to reserve. Room was extremely hot. Entire place was very, very dated. I apologize that your experience was anything less than satisfying. Feedback such as yours assists us in improving our service and property. Your reservation was made April 23, 2026, I am very sorry, but you couldn't have made "multiple calls months ahead of time before reservation." You also did "online check in" assigned your room automatically and created a digital key, once you called our front desk, a baby crib was delivered to your room around 6:30PM on day of arrival.     The front desk staff were friendly. The hotel is older but fairly clean. We did not have hot water and when we called the front dest they did not send anyone to check it out. We had family on the same floor and they did not have hot water either. We would probably not stay there again.
