    I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred during our stay at your property while attending a youth soccer tournament in Plano, Texas.On the evening before our departure, we left a backup battery charging near the swimming pool entrance, directly in front of what appeared to be a security camera. This battery is an essential piece of equipment used for our soccer academy's tournament operations and has an estimated value of approximately $800.Several hours later, we discovered that the battery had been stolen. While the financial loss is significant, the greater concern is the impact this incident had on our experience. What should have been a positive and memorable tournament trip ended with our property being stolen and our confidence in the safety and security of the premises severely diminished.Immediately after discovering the theft, we requested assistance and asked that the security camera footage be reviewed. To our surprise and frustration, we were informed that the footage was unavailable because the recordings had been erased. Given that the battery was located directly in front of a security camera, the inability to access or preserve the footage raises serious concerns regarding security procedures and the protection of guests and their belongings.We have reported this incident to the local police department and are cooperating fully with their investigation. Our objective is to identify the individuals responsible for this theft and recover compensation for the stolen property.We respectfully request that your management team conduct a thorough internal review of this matter, including an investigation into why the surveillance footage was not available when it was needed most. We also ask that you provide any assistance possible to support the ongoing police investigation and help resolve this situation fairly.We chose your property expecting a safe and secure environment for our team and families. Unfortunately, this incident and the subsequent lack of available surveillance evidence have left us extremely disappointed.We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response regarding the steps that will be taken to address this complaint.Sincerely,

    Mediocre front desk, unruly youth sports team

    The hotel had an inexperienced staff that seemed ill equipped for the large youth hockey teams who were international visitors. Also, finding help from the front desk was difficult due to additional duties that pulled them from interacting with guests. By the way, the pool in the hotel picture is exaggerated and not the actual tiny size. The cable television had most channels unavailable. Pick a better location.

    I have stayed at this hotel several times and have generally enjoyed my visits. However, one recurring issue is that only one elevator seems to be operational. This often results in long wait times, especially during busy periods, and can be inconvenient for guests.While the staff, particularly Arturo Rodriguez and Mrs. Shirley, provide outstanding service and are one of the main reasons my wife and I continue to return, I would encourage management to address the elevator situation. Having all elevators in service would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

    Extremely bad customer service from lady at check in. She knew nothing about how to use a computer. I had already checked in online so my process could be a little faster, well it wasnt it was actually worse. It took her about one hour to finish our check in and after an hour she couldnt do it so she just gave us a key. Then ended up charging the card I specifically said on my check in NOT to charge. The carpet in the hallway smells terrible, the towels in the bathroom smell like they have been stored wet for months, the breakfast is sooooo bad even my son got sick from it and no one ate it anymore for the rest of the stay. I understand this isnt a 5 star hotel but we paid 600 for 3 nights for everything to be this bad, I even think a Motel 6 wouldve been better at this point. Will not recommend this place to anyone at all.

    Clean, nice, convenient hotel in good location just off freeway, large rooms, comfortable beds with restaurants nearby. Would stay there again.
