Where is my refund/credit to my card

Still waiting on refund/credit to card. Upon arrival, we were told the hotel was not pet friendly. The first LaQuinta I have came across that isn’t. I cancelled 2 reservations and went to a nearby hotel. My niece had already paid for her room. We requested for refund/credit with the owner’s/manager’s approval. This occurred on June 4 and no refund/credit has been received.

The room and lobby were decent. The pool is disgustingly rusted everywhere, light switches, drain, walls, and ceiling. The hallway carpet (4th floor) is stained and gross not even vacuumed. The outdoor patio was blah also. Not impressive.

Clean, friendly and relaxing environment. Wish the parking lot was bigger. But everything else was great. The indoor pool was clean, and breakfast was delicious and plenty for everyone. Need to get another waffle maker though. One is not enough for everyone there lol

This La Quinta by Wyndham was an absolute joke and a disgrace to the brand. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the property at all.From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, people were running up to our car asking for help and money. The area felt extremely unsafe — street walkers and drug users were openly swarming the property as if it was normal. I have never experienced anything like this at a Wyndham-branded hotel.The room itself was in terrible condition: • TV did not work • No clock in the room • Nowhere to charge phones • Photos missing from the walls • Random, mismatched furniture • Sink water barely trickled outThe front did not properly lock!! I attempted to leave immediately, but the hotel refused to refund my money. Now I’m concerned about whether they will even release my incidental hold, especially after seeing other reviews stating they never received theirs back.This hotel should not be marketed under the Wyndham name. It is unsafe, poorly maintained, and completely misrepresented. I would never stay here again and strongly warn others to avoid it.
