    Attention to Detail Lacking Horribly

    Attention to detail lacking horribly in the employees of the housekeeping team and considering the manager should be inspecting rooms also shows all around they need more training. The room smelled horrible of pet urine, pubic hairs left in tub, 2 pairs of panties belonging to a prior customer hanging from the ironing board found when pulling it out to use. Disgusting.     Clean but lacking in some areas

    I stayed solo for four nights. Left the do not disturb sign up the entire time so housekeeping did not have to do anything for me. I requested a third floor room, for quiet, and even got an approval of this via the hotel. Sure enough, I was given a second floor room squished in between guests who had dogs that barked on both sides. I’m all for pet friendly hotels but please put pets in their own wing! Breakfast was the usual rubbery eggs and even less palatable danish and or toast that didn’t toast well in the conveyor belt toaster.
