    The rooms were infested with cockroaches and they did not even give refund.     I would rate this place a 5 out of 5 and for those who don't give this place a proper rating this place goes deeper than face value. I have had my family here and they were great with my kid and worked with me and my ex wife whenever we had issues paying. Now I'm currently staying here and they still are very understanding and have helped me out so much I absolutely love the staff and the owner is very kind treat them right and they will treat you right.     Please don’t waste your money

    This hotel is filthy and raggedy! There was a roach on the floor. The battery to the smoke alarm was out and beeping. When I called the front desk they ask me could I come get a new battery like I work there. There was people camped out on the floor in the hallway with their bags. I should have known better when I saw all the open windows when I walked up. This place looks like the projects.     First impression on front desk was her leaning back in her chair playing games on her phone talking loudly to herself and didn’t even immediately acknowledge me when walking in until she felt like it. Room was filthy I refused to even shower/brush teeth or unpack my bag the entire stay. Literally everything in the room was either broken, missing, stained, dirty or had a bad odor. If you tried to open the kitchen cabinets they would come off the hinges. There was no breakfast as advertised not even juice. I seen no cleaning service my entire stay. The hallways reeked of smoke and dog feces. I walked over the same dog poop in the hallway 2 days straight so I know there was no cleaning happening. The back/side doors that should be access only w/room key do not work, anyone can open them and gain access to the hotel. Very sketchy characters walking around the hotel parking lot during the day and at night. Did not feel safe or comfortable at all during this stay here. I didn’t expect a luxury stay here but I expected the bare minimum and what was advertised; which was a clean basic nice looking room with breakfast provided. Legit my worse experience ever with a hotel, I’m so disappointed and disgusted I paid money to stay here. I would not stay here for free if offered. I rate 0 stars. I planned on taking pictures of all these things before leaving but I was in that big of a rush to just check out and leave in the morning, literally left as soon as I opened my eyes the next morning, didn’t not want to wait until check out time.
