    First, the lobby is obnoxiously loud. Whether it’s the blaring music or impolite guests, the noise level reverberates throughout the entire lobby and to the floors above. Second, there was some sort of tennis tournament during our stay. There were teenagers yelling and running up and down the hallways all night long - this isn’t an exaggeration, it was well past 2:00am. I wanted to call the front desk and ask them to address the noise but the phone in our room didn’t work to place a call. The room was clean but the air conditioning had a musty smell and there were almost no amenities (e.g., shower cap) in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but overpriced. The staff we interacted with were all polite. The noise alone will deter me from returning or recommending this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

    I wanted to like this hotel. I will book a hotel with hard surface flooring every day of the week and it was a Marriott. The photos showed refurbished rooms but it still felt dated. The low popcorn ceilings didn’t help. The biggest issue was smell. There was a musty smell that could be mold, mildew, or possibly cigarette smoke permeating the HVAC. I had the engineer come change the filter to no avail. I was told at check-in that the hotel was full and two co-workers didn’t get their rooms until after 9:00 pm so I I Kris B, at Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum by the Galleria, responded to this review Hi Olivia4046-Thank you for taking the time to write a review and I apologize for your recent stay. We will go back and look at your particular room to see what the issues were and yes you are correct we did recently complete a full renovation including moving from carpeted rooms to hardwood flooring.     Fantastic stay at Dallas Addison Marriott Quorum!

    This hotel is a gem—everything spotless and modern. Rooms were nice and spacious, with comfy beds perfect after a long day.The gym is superb: well-equipped, bright, and rarely crowded—ideal for serious workouts. Breakfast was basic but okay, with standard options that hit the spot.Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time in Dallas!

    Well-appointed Marriott hotel. Nice M-Club, delicious food at the in-house restaurant, generously-equipped fitness center, Starbucks in the lobby, and very friendly staff. The rooms are updated and clean, the beds are comfortable, and as a repeat customer at this property, I always enjoy my stays here.

    First time stay... small issues!!!

    Our first time here in DFW area for a Aviation conference and our room had small issues first with our safe had to have Mateinance come up to re-boot up the safe which he did then a few hours later when we were ready to go to dinner the safe did not work at all had to call the front desk for Mateinance again . This time we didn't use the safe, we just hid our valuables.Second was the shower. The faucet was not operating and kept on turning and trying to find the correct temperature and turning off the faucet was a challenge. The pool was relaxing and water temp was perfect. No one was there. We got two days of sun and white puffy clouds passing by to give us that nice break. Even tho we are from South Florida we love sunny days and it is the rainy season that we have to adjust to. Room was small and bed was firm, comfy and the pillows were rock hard firm.The goodness of this hotel that it was close by to plenty of fine eats, good valet parking and great guys who took great care of us, Tyler and Jordan. The paperless phone app notifications to valet worked great!!! And SUZ took great care of us at the bar. Club M club was great for that quick beverage or snack to get you going.As Ambassador Elite members and a Marriott Lifers, we really enjoy staying at these property's but some updating is in need!!!
