Customer Service was on par! There were roaches in our room. No microwave or coffee pot. Was woken up at 7:30 am to arguing in the breezeway. Was woken up again at 9:30 am with cutting of sheet metal outside my door and banging on the walls in the rooms next to me. Bathroom door was filthy.

Much-needed sleep in a comfortable bed. Was given an accessible room - amazing to see/experience. 1 little friend came to see me - took care of it with no further concerns. Bathroom - floor (accessible, mind you) was completely flat, with a roll-in shower, chair, handheld shower head, flusher on the outside of the toilet.Deaf-friendly - doorbell outside room. Lighted fire alarms on 2 sides of bedroom and in bathroom. Check-in & check-out were quick & uncomplicated with friendly staff both times. Room was clean, in a central location to where we were visiting. Low cost & friendly staff…Only thing slightly odd was needing everyone in the rooms id, but it didn’t hurt anything. Would have no problem staying here again on the next visit. .. Beds were awful. All the laminate flooring was warped. Had no hot water for 2 days. Won't refund your money if there is no hot water for more than a day. Only a tv in room. No microwaves. No coffee.Didn't clean our room. No extra towels. Noisy! Great place to stay the night, was very quiet and my room was extremely clean. The counter people were very helpful. Parking was very safe.
