    So I made a reservation online and now time does it say a deposit is needed so as I enter into the building there is a sign that has it on there. And I told the guy at the front that I wasn’t aware of it and that I will have to cancel it he told me I would have to go back to the website we’re cancel it myself. So I went to check my card and the guy at the front charge my card without my permission and on the reservation website it say that cancel are free up till 6pm and my card was charged at 4:08pm I called the motel and was told there is nothing they could do and that the person that was there has left and want be able till 10pm so I need to call back at that time I will be filing a police report against this motel and a law suit so get ready

    The staff here is very rude and unprofessional! I actually have a few videos of how he interacts with guests. STAY AWAY! Took my money, but didn’t want to give a refund. Even called the police on me. Very scary with a big mouth. Had the nerve to pull out a gun and threaten me with it.. Just keep your money and book ANYWHERE else! I don’t even want to give this damn hotel a 1 star.. Smh. They need training on customer service at this location. ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE EVEN THO ITS NON smoking. The hot water takes 2,637 minutes to get warm. Total waste of time and money.. Save yourself the problems and go anywhere else..     This place is horrible. The rooms are non smoking but all you smell is the stench of Marijuana all over the place when you walk from your room to the office or vending machines. There's homeless people lingering everywhere. They charge 150 pet deposit when they say they are pet friendly with no pet charges. The linens are stained. We were not refunded our pet deposit or the damage deposit which is to be refunded to card. Instead we were charged 71 additional dollars. We left the room in a great condition of course housekeeping has to do daily cleaning. We cleaned our room thetime We stayed, daily with our own cleaning supplies and we have our own towels. We overpaid for that raggedy hotel. And the room behind us seemed to always be rented to prostitutes with John's or someone filming hard-core porn because the weekends all you heard was someone having rough sex on the other side of the wall.     Rooms are clean and safe. It is quiet and friendly environment around. Do visit with your friends and family as well. All the staff are helpful and they cooperate with the guest and are ready to fulfil all the needs for the guest. Office is open 24 hours.
