Jay at the front desk was so helpful. I had a booking issue, and he went above and beyond to make sure i got in a room early and problem resolved. His attitude and helpfulness really made the situation better.

Never Again!

Rooms were less than I expected. Couldn't use the shuttle to the airport because the front desk decided that taking a large family with a truckload of luggage was more important than those of us who had booked times to the airport. Breakfast was a joke!I will never stay there again!

Booked this room for my mom who had an overnight layover and I just received a panic call from her. She checked in, got to the room, turned on the light and there were MULTIPLE ROACHES. She immediately shut the door and went back to the front desk--they were not surprised. They offered another room and she declined. She received a refund an I called an uber to take her to another hotel that I paid for. Please avoid. DISGUSTING

I would never stay here again. Terrible customer service. The rooms were DISGUSTING & RUN DOWN. We had to change rooms 3 times, (didn’t change hotels because everywhere was booked & flight was really early the next day) The sheets were all permanently stained with red & brown stains. We tried contacting the manager but nothing. We’ve been waiting for a call back for 3 days now. No discount, no refund. NOTHING. Probably the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. No manager in sight. We have newly renovated rooms. All our rooms have brand new furniture. We also have a resident manager who stays on property 24/7 to attend to the needs of the guests. We went through our room change report as well for the entire month. We would like to make sure that we are not wrongfully blamed for your stay at another Quality inn in the area or in the DFW metroplex. Please let us know. Quick stay for early flight

It is very Close to the airport. This was a quick night for an early departure. Our room was okay. Beds were comfortable. Could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom was to be desired. The fan did not work, the bathroom light blinked, the towels were cheap and there was a Crack or something around the shower faucet . On the plus side, The water pressure was good and it was hot. The Wahatburger next door was great. The room was $100 with tax.
