    This was definitely not the experience I expect from Choice hotels. Being a Choice Privileges member, I stay often so I know this company well. Although friendly, the desk person had to be summoned with a buzzer every time. I tried to purchase drinks from the lobby and was told cash only which I didn't have. The room was acceptable, but I have seen cleaner. My wife found a pair of women's underwear on the bathroom floor when we entered. We had three adults in a king suite with a sleeper sofa. No sheets etc in the room for the sleeper had to go ring the buzzer and wait to get the sheets then had to ask for a blanket. The breakfast was OK although the eggs were burnt to the bottom of the warmer. There was no syrup for the waffles. I slept well though on the comfortable bed the area was quiet although right on the freeway so I gave it 3 stars.

    Me and my wife we’re not having the greatest day and when we walked in to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott .Miss Simon with her customer service made our bad moods go away and we had a Fantastic stay. Her customer service and just how sweet and helpful is amazing. I’ve had a lot of employees who worked for me and I’ve never had any of them have the customer service that she does she’s an amazing employee that made our stay exceptional and we will definitely be back. We would just like to say how appreciative we are of the hospitality the Fairfield Inn and Miss Simon showed us during our stay in Burlison Texas

    There are several Hotels right in this area and their price was 20% higher then Quality suites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was clean with no problems. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. i would definitely stay again.

    Alright for a place to sleep

    You walk into the lobby and it is beautiful and modern, however the rooms leave something to be desired. The toilet flushed only every 3-4 times, the hand rails in the shower were nearly totally broken out of the wall, no anti-slip in the shower, and a cockroach by the sofa. It was a big room with plenty of space, but don't stay here for a quality night. This was nothing more than a place to lay your head.

    Made the reservation, waking in the amount of cigarette butts in the front was disgusting. Go inside, get my room, walk inside there was a roach in the bathtub and what looked to be human feces on the wall!!! Disgusting to say the least. I didn’t stay!!!
