    As soon. I we arrived, we had two valet approaches and helped get us a cart and put our bags in place. Jayden even helped us push the cart all the way to the 13th floor.     Let me start by saying I am several weeks behind writing this review and it is still so important to me that I make sure I give Quinn in valet a shout out. I’m not from the city and when I booked with this hotel I did not anticipate how difficult parking may be and he made the entire process so stress free and smooth. We pulled up really late, bust street, bustling traffic and he kindly approached us and offered the valet service- he said that it would be his pleasure to make sure our vehicle is safe during our stay and to help us get our luggage to our room.     Good Basic Hotel Downtown

    The Residence Inn is not glamorous or upmarket but a practical hotel with basic comfort in large rooms and essentially all you need. The decor is standard and the plumbing a little unreliable but the service was friendly and the hotel well located downtown on Commerce Street.
