    The hotel staff were the best! Everyone from check in to check out were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean.I want to give a special thanks to the PMC valet service - especially Roderick Shepard. I had a problem with parking, but Roderick immediately took care of it. I highly recommend this hotel and the awesome staff.     Everything was perfect at this hotel. From front desk to the room. From the moment I checked in I felt welcome. It started with Brandon the valet guy, he brought us out a luggage cart and helped us get our luggage to our room. Then we had questions about the area and he was helpful in directing us to good food and some fun places to visit during our stay. Then we checked in with the lady at the front desk, sorry I forgot her name, she made sure that the we were well taken care of. The rooms was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was the pillows were too soft as I like a more firm pillow so maybe bring an extra pillow if you prefer firm.     Superb location, superb staff, superb room

    We arrived at Spring Hill suites at about 1030 at night having been to the rodeo at the Fort Worth Stockyards. Brandon (Valet Parking Guy) was so helpful. He assisted us with our parking, helped us with our bags and gave us great tips on where we might like to eat. He was a great ambassador for the hotel. Diego on Reception was equally as helpful. He made sure we had tea bags and brought them to our room. The room itself was huge. Two large double beds and a large bathroom that allowed shower and bath. Breakfast was plentiful. Eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, waffles, fruit, juices and coffee were all complimentary. The hotel is with walking distance of key tourist sites. Dealey Plaza, 6th Floor Museum, Grassy Knoll are less than 10 minutes away on foot. We had brunch at Crown Block at the top of the Reunion Tower, again only a short distance away by foot. We took a JFK trolley tour which was available on Dealey Plaza. The staff at Spring Hill suites were fantastic. Check out was painless. Would highly recommend this hotel.
