    Terrible management. Incompetency in resolving amy room issues. Assistant manager, V… is Arrogant and communicates annoyance about any issues. Definitely not hospitable. Be careful of extra charges and spiteful service if you question your bill.     I recently stayed here for work. It was 100 degrees outside. My a/c wasn’t working. When I asked for help, the front desk told me it was because I kept opening the door to my room and it couldn’t get cold enough. I was in the room doing work for at least 2-3 hours, so I did not open door. And that isn’t how hvac should work! Finally they switched me to another room which, come to find out, had an overflowing toilet. I asked for engineer or at least a plunger, and they had none! Finally, they dug one up from a nearby Marriott that was filthy. So I fixed it. I should mention that these all happened during normal business hours, so my requests were quite reasonable. They offered me a bonus points which they never posted to my account. I’ve called to get it resolved and kept getting runaround. It’s just a terribly appointed and managed hotel.     Very clean and beautiful. Nice size suites with comfy King size Beds. Very beautiful bathrooms.Very helping and attentive staff. Very good hot breakfast. Tasty and properly made. Free parking and convenient location.Perfect example of what a mid-price hotel should be.

    Great experience!! Staff is very kind. Hotel is clean! During breakfast someone is cleaning up after everyone as they go. Good area with things to do within walking distance. We took two young kids and the rooms were spacious and felt secured.

    Perfect place to stay! Front desk staff was nice & helpful. Coffee was hot & delicious. Complimentary breakfast - many choices & delicious. Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet. Glad we stayed here. Whhhy do you need to have 200 characters?! 🫣😬
