    Avoid this place like a plague 🤬

    It took us 1 1/2 hours and multiple phone calls to get the shuttle from the airport to the super 8. No air conditioning even after changing rooms. You had to kick the door hard while holding the handle up to open the door. The breakfast was a chewy sweet bar🤮The fire sprinklers in room 119 were covered with plastic. A definite fire hazard. The carper is old old and needs replaced. Door locks do not work properly.eie tric plugs do not work. I would give this place a -2 stars. It should e condemned.

    This place was terrible for the price paid. We had a flight cancellation and needed to find a spot with an airport shuttle. There were several things that we found unsatisfactory. The desk clerks were not friendly at all, but they did their job. The next problem was that our room had a bad odor. There were no drinking glasses in the room. The desk had veneer missing and the particle board beneath was visible. There was mold in the shower. There was shampoo but no conditioner. There was no way to adjust the temperature. Many of the outlets did not work. Just generally a shabby and unpleasant stay.

    The website site airport shuttle service. We were instructed to stand by E7 or E35 for pickup by a white van. Had to call when we got there and they would send it. 30-40 min wait. What?Hotel is 5 miles away. After 35 min called back and I figured out that we were to stand by a “purple” sign that said shuttle busses a little ways away from where we were. We stopped one of the. Numerous white vans and a guy not even coming to our hotel said he would take us. Very nice man. Guy at desk listening to me and smiled. At 1:30 am I was not happy as we landed at 11 pm. Our room was on the surface ok. Bathroom was disgustingly old. No drain plugs in either the sink or shower. No cups for water to take our meds. Walls were cracked and the toilet was offset and the blow dryer fell off the wall when I went to use it. The advertised free breakfast was no where on site. Just coffee. 1 night to lay our head was ok but come on. It’s the little things. Never stay here!

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I have NEVER stayed in a place with such a horrible condition. I had to change 2 rooms!!!! And even the third room was REALLY BAD, I just gave up.The first room, it had a really weird disturbing noise, no chance I would've been able to sleep with that. The second room, the door didn't open even when it was unlocked (the light turned green) so he gave me another key to try, then I HEARD FOOTSTEPS FROM INSIDE!!! So I freaked out and ran down to the receptionist immediately. At that point I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO STAY HERE but it was past 1AM already and I couldn't find anywhere else. I was SO CLOSE to just spending the night on the sofa in front of the receptionist but my bf convinced me (over the phone) that I should just check out the next room so I did. Because of my situation, the receptionist said he gave me a better room, but that third room was only bigger than the first two, and nothing else was an upgrade. It was still old, dirty, AC was broken....etc, but at least there was no weird noise, and the door opened normally......This place should not be allowed to run business as a Hotel/Motel. Absolutely terrible experience.

    Beware no BREAKFAST FALSE ADVERTISING

    One of the main reasons to book this hotel was that it advertised FREE BREAKFAST, when we went down for breakfast, there was a Granola bar and coffee, false advertising to get guests in the door, we will be disputing the charges due to lack of service.Do have photos of typical disrepair the ice machine was in, rusted !!!! Guests take ice to put in their drinks 😱😱
