    Roaches, so disgusting, Blood on sheets , so gross Bad place . Don’t stay , run fast . No breakfast , not as advertised.     I chose this hotel as it was close to friends. The room I got was on the ground floor of the building and large.It had a sofa bed and a large double bed which was very comforable. It had a microwave and coffee machine .The downside was that the basin in the bathroom area had no door so I had to close the curtains for privacy. The windows could do with net cutains as well as ordinary curtains as it was on the ground floor to give a bit of privacy to the room.I had to close the curtains and put the light on every time i wanted to get changed .The bath and toilet had a door. I had the use of air con but didnt need it. There was WIfI in the room. There were laundry facilities on the premises but i didnt need to use them. Breakfast was free but limited to cereal, toast, waffles and a coffee machine but i brought my own tea bags and there was hot water avaliable.The reception staff were very helpful.I couldnt log onto the TV so one of them helped me, also refilled the breakfast items.when i asked. The small pool had just opened when i stayed but i didnt have time to use it. I would stay here again whenever i visit my friends again. It was a basic hotel but the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was ok for me and staff helpful.There is a Dollar Central store across the road to buy drinks, snacks etec and a couple of restaurants Hotel Manager, General Manager at Super 8 by Wyndham Richardson Dallas, responded to this review Thank you for the kind words about the large, comfortable room, and helpful staff.     they're super chill. and unlike most of America, they dont make you feel like a dirty dirty schlep just because you - gasp! - sMoKe 🚬 ciGaReTtEs! I'll definitely be coming back, anytime I need a staycation. They don't care about guests, they're just really down to earth and they aren't full of themselves. I freaking love it.     Definitely Not Budget Friendly!!!

    As everyone else knows they OverCharge over there at Super 8 by Wyndham in Richardson (spring valley Rd location) owner/manager always respond saying things, making it seem like everything is all good NO ITS NOT!!!! Towels are dirty and have other ppls hair and stains on them and the Wifi is so bad it shouldn't be counted as an AMENITIE! $55 room going for $96/night lol it's not worth it I can see if the rooms were nicer but it's outdated..We really need to stop booking here at this hotel because we are literally putting money in the pockets of these scam artist $96/night and you have to put all your bags on top of tables and away from walls because of the roaches that live and love it there smh Super 8 by Wyndham in Richardson needs to keep the prices at $55/$60 nightly frfr it's not worth it ( I PROMISE THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW ) ITS REALLY LIKE THAT OVER THERE
