From the moment my wife and I arrived at Highland Hotel, Manuel set the tone for our entire stay. He was professional, polished, and genuinely warm, always there to open the doors for us as we came and went, without ever making us feel rushed or like an afterthought.What stood out most was his patience.     I had a great stay. The restaurant has delicious food and there are several other restaurants that are an easy walk if you want other options. My room was clean and neat, spacious, and completely silent. I never heard a single sound from the outside world. I would definitely stay here again.
