Exceptional Stay at The Highland Dallas – Curio Collection by Hilton

    rating01 Jun 2026

I recently stayed at The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and very well maintained. My stay at this hotel was due to car issues. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. I would especially like to recognize Avery, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Avery was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding hospitality. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and makes guests feel so welcome.Thank you to Avery and the rest of the team. General Manager, General Manager at The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, responded to this review Dear Porfirio,We're so happy to know that you enjoyed everything about your time with us, including our team's amazing service. Thank you so much for the perfect rating, and we hope to see you again soon. Sincerely,Virginia Acosta General Manager

    Manuel with Valet Services

    rating28 May 2026

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Manuel at the valet made such an impression that I had to share. From the moment my wife and I arrived at Highland Hotel, Manuel set the tone for our entire stay. He was professional, polished, and genuinely warm, always there to open the doors for us as we came and went, without ever making us feel rushed or like an afterthought. What stood out most was his patience. Whether we were coming or going, he was consistently attentive and gracious, never distracted or hurried. That kind of steady, sincere service is rare.Manuel isn't just the best valet I've encountered, he's one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Highland Hotel is lucky to have him, and guests are lucky to be greeted by him. Give this man his flowers! General Manager, General Manager at The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, responded to this review Dear Aaron, We’re delighted to hear that Manuel's friendliness left such a positive impression on your stay! Our team takes great pride in helping guests create memorable experiences, and it’s always rewarding to know when those efforts shine through. We’ll be sure to share your kind compliments with him, and we look forward to welcoming you back to The Highland Dallas again soon!Sincerely,Virginia AcostaGeneral Manager
