    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an excellent stay at the Westin Dallas Downtown. The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding from start to finish.A special mention to Tre, Alvin, and Elliot from the valet team, who were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made arrivals and departures seamless and consistently went above and beyond with a great attitude.I'd also like to recognize Suchi from Front Desk and Darlene who is our event Manager . Both were absolutely amazing—professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their hospitality and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience.The entire team made us feel welcome throughout our stay, and I would highly recommend the Westin Dallas Downtown to anyone visiting Dallas. Looking forward to returning in the future.     Would not recommend this place even though the room is nice and front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly. WHY? THEY ARE SCAMMERS!I did not have a car with me during my visit, and did not ask for, nor was it asked if I needed parking. They charged me for parking and asking 2 calls and an email to request the refund, they would not even dignify me with a response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away unless you want money stolen from your credit card.
