Amazing stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas. The property is beautiful, but what stood out most was the service. The manager Michael Renner went above and beyond to resolve all my concerns and made sure I left completely satisfied.The front desk staff, valet, restaurant team, and housekeeping were all professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. You can tell the entire team takes pride in delivering a true 5-star experience.I’ll definitely be coming back.

This hotel is amazing and beautiful. The location is perfect and close to every thing including AA stadium. The rooms are clean, beautiful and comfortable. There feels like there’s a lot of events happening at the hotel which is nice. All of the staff we encountered were amazing including Simone, Palmer, Mark Quinn, Jayda and Jordy! It was a beautiful day and thought I would have brunch on the patio. Troy was great and recommended the avocado toast with poached eggs, and it was delicious! The hotel is funky and has a great atmosphere!
