    The staff are friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming. They remember my preferences every visit which makes me feel valued. Within walking distance to work, and shuttle to airport.     Disgusting Place!

    Complete piece of crap hotel. Dirty rooms like a dog had peed all over the carpet and now we have been waiting an hour at the airport for the shuttle to get us!!! Spend $10 more dollars and get a better hotel closer to coppell /grapevine area. Foreign owned and they don’t care at all!     The restaurant is a joke. If you want to spend $16 for a cafeteria hamburger, eat here. If you want a decent meal for a few bucks more, cross the street to the Westin.     Room not cleaned on 2nd day. Breakfast cold 1 hour after opening. Key card didn't work for 2nd night. Would strongly recommend finding a different property tha practices better hospitality. Though hotel is very up to date, the basics were sub par.
