Older, but well maintained

Rooms were clean. The employee checking us in was not having a good day. She did not act like she wanted to check us in. She was visibly annoyed when we asked for our water (Hilton Honors). That experience just got us off to a rough start. Seemed to an older hotel, but still clean.

My stay started with unfriendly staff at the front desk, never greeted or smiled. Dress code was also unacceptable in cropTops and hoodies, staff was always hiding in the back office and I had to wait for them to come up to me.As a gold member never got any water at the front desk or even a thank you for being a gold member Stayed on the 3rd floor, rooms are beyond dated. Even their case goods- the wood is splitting , stains, scratches on the furniture and all over the room. Hair in the bathroom, walls, doors and floors. Old , old hotel.If you must stay for a night for business or on budget I think it’s fine but if you are there for vacation -pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Even staff at breakfast area or houseman in the hallway never greeted , everyone seems so sad. Never will be back to this hotel, it’s not a Hilton pride hotel.

The location is great. But the service and amenities make this a less desirable property. House keeping is subpar. We were there 4 days, and when we checked in, the room had not been vacuumed and a cleaning was left in the room. We assumed it would be rectified the next day, but they are still following that covid plan of every other day, I assume, to save money. However, during my 4 day stay, it was never vacuumed!The breakfast was blah, with watered down juice and stale pastries.Finally, the bed cover was stained and never cleaned. The sheets were thin, worn, an did not fit the bed.

I stayed here once and will never go back. My room was disgusting. I asked for a new sheet set. I dressed the bed and went to target to buy a comforter and sheet set. I was not able to sleep. I just packed my bags and risk dozing off while driving than to stay there. I reported it, but they were too full to move me. Never going back!

The rooms are very small and the bathroom is tiny. This is an older Hampton, but it has been updated. The room was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked with the typical items you would expect at a Hampton. Very well located to shopping and restaurants.
