  Fantastic Meal and even Better Service. Jeff in Particular as well as all the Staff were patient and tolerant of our Boy Angus’s first Fancy Meal . Even the Manager was Extremely attentive and friendly. Always a Great Experience. Will definitely Recommend and Return.

  Best Hotel stay ever

  OMG, where should I even start? There is not enough words or stars to write this experience that my children and I had above and beyond the best vacation stay we have ever been to. THANK YOU THOMAS. It all started when we pulled in to the valet parking and the boys out front was amazing. DK and Ali always went above and beyond making sure that we got everything out of our vehicle and then took it to park it and when you get a text to say they’re hustling to get it that’s an understatement. Your vehicle is back before you even know it. I have to hand it to the both of them. All the other guys was awesome too, but we really enjoyed dealing with those two a lot. Mary at the desk very pleasant person to have to talk to and book your place went above and beyond and everything that she did to get our room going and to make our stay very pleasant so glad that she was a lady at the desk when we were there. Never had much dealing with the housekeeping ladies, but they always spoke whenever we would pass in the hall, very nice so shout out to them as well. But most of all above and beyond a very huge and big THANK YOU to THOMAS he went 110% to make sure this was the best day that we’ve had for a vacation and he really did exceed his limits. I could write a book on all the good things he did for us and helped us do but would be way too many chapters long. He made sure that I knew that his hotel was by far amazing. From the walk-in at hard rock hotel to the walkout at hard rock hotel he was amazing. I’m so thankful that we run into a guy that loves doing his job as much as we love staying at the hotel we were at, that goes a long ways when you’re on vacation and you see something like that. I know everybody in this place treats each individual that comes in like kings and queens. I seen that myself and it is a great feeling but to actually be one of those fillings and to have your five children say mom “is this what Vegas feels like” and you have to say yes yes it is but only so much better. I have been there, but never got the treatment there that I got at this Hard Rock Hotel when you enter and exit and the workers call you by your name it makes you feel like you are really important and that place is made just for you to stay there. That is a pleasant experience that we had this place is great. The room was amazing, hot tubs and pools are wonderful and having the beach just feet away, sweet. Also, I must add the concert especially on Friday night was just a plus, shopping at the gift center, having lunch at the restaurant, grabbing breakfast, playing in the arcade, or just running to a quick workout in the gym are all pretty amazing to know they are right just steps away so very thankful that I found this place as a vacation stay. Normally don’t go to the same vacation place two years in a row but when we left, I did tell everyone there that we would see them next year so as of now I do plan to go back to the Hard Rock Hotel, and stay. everyone that I spoke with the week we were there staying and everyone I speak with now that we’re back home I tell them how amazing our stay was and how well the staff there did for us. So the word-of-mouth is still being heard today, even though I’m no longer on vacation. You never forget a great vacation, so thank you again to everyone at Hard Rock Hotel and THOMAS for making this one unforgettable.
