  The location was perfect, located right on the beach, very clean and private. The atmosphere was inviting and fun with beautiful clean rooms. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous with great service staff and any amenities that you could ask for. Very family friendly, safe and beautiful hotel!

  Pitiful Experience and Customer Care

  I stayed at The Shores Resort and Spa, Daytona Beach with my wife on the night of Friday 20 March 2026, checking out the following morning. We parked our car in the self park car park and during our brief stay had no extras, not even an evening meal. My credit card bill now shows that I have been charged for what I can only assume is two nights parking instead of one. I appreciate that mistakes happen but I have now e.mailed the hotel five times asking for an explanation without reply. I find this unacceptable and incredibly poor customer care bearing in mind this is supposed to be one of the better hotels within Daytona Beach.

  Our stay at the Shores Resort and Sap was wonderful. We left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.The room overlooking the ocean, and its view were absolutely spectacular, and the Easter brunch was both delicious and beautifully done. We were also truly impressed by how accommodating and friendly every member of the staff was throughout our stay.We will definitely be returning and will gladly recommend your property to friends and family when they come to visit.   Smooth check in, nice lobby area, dated pool area and dated/unclean room. Mold in shower, tub that drained poorly, lots of dust on baseboards and other surfaces, pull out mattress was basically laying on springs (no cushion whatsoever). Would not recommend.
